Stock Fuel sender Identification

Hello,

My 73 Valiant has had the fuel sender changed, and behold it has the issue of not reading correct like Ive read on the countless amount of discussions.

I had a 72 Valiant I was going to restore before I got my 73 and is now just a parts car, I dropped the tank in hopes the 72 has a stock sender I can have rebuilt. I have attached a picture of it. Can someone tell me if this a stock unit and if it is who is the best choice to contact in having it rebuilt. Thanks

I responded to other FABO guys posts after reading that they’re having problems with their OEM sending units. Check out John Wolf and Co. in Willoughsby, OH. He restores/rebuilds vintage gauges/sending units. A number of FABO members have sent their sending units to him and were very happy with the results.Do a search on FABO for posts on him and his services.
