Restoring my 1971 Citron Yella duster

I got a price of 2900 rounded off with shipping
I was looking for the tail light panel and yes you are correct sir they dont do quarter panel for 71. Do you know if anyone that supplies the original spec quarter panels
Changing the side marker lights is not a hard thing to do for a decent body man, you just need to salvage the old ones that are on your car making sure that you measure the factory location of them and then transferring them on.
You'll not find a Quarter that fits as good as the AMD one does, as a matter of fact, Goodmark makes a quarter skin for your car, but it isn't even close to the fitment of a AMD part. And it's just a skin.
If you only need a skin, I would still go with the AMD full panel and cut it down.
You will save money in the long run.
Goodmark panels are better than nothing, but the lines aren't very crisp or exactly in the right place like AMD ones are.
Goodmark panels are okay for patches or someone ''fixing up'' a car but not restoring it.
AMD panels are stamped from slightly thicker steel as well, (if that matters to you).
You are paying for quality IMHO when you go AMD panels, but it's your choice what you expect out of the car when it's finished.........
Are you doing the work yourself, or are you paying someone to do it?
If you are paying someone to do the car, then time adds up using badly fitting panels that take a lot of modifications as opposed to good panels that only take a little modification.

It's up to you what you decide to do.........
