I've been a 3+ pack a day smoker for 35+ years. Haven't had a smoke for 45 hours.

Being a non smoker I could never see the reason people like going it so much. It’s expensive, stinks, and can kill you. That being said the good thing is it appears you can repair the damage if you quit so that’s great news. I know my 68 year old sister quit years ago and walks two plus miles a day and before this Coronavirus bullcrap was going to the gym five days a week. Goodluck and congratulations.
