All of the factory hoods, scoops or not, had the access holes in the structure underneath and the clearance in the ribs for the 4-1/8” holes. Which means it’s pretty easy to locate about half of the holes. If you have the scoops then the rest of the holes are easy enough to transfer. I added scoops to my car, it was pretty straight forward. Someone did a good job, but that’s not a factory hood.
