I did exactly this on my 67 Dart "when it was running." Duster/ Demon front disk, and Ford/ Lincoln Versialles factory rear disk on Ford 9" axle. All I did was rupture the residual valve rubbers with a nail Used no prop valve, just the stock distro block and warning lamp switch
