Well I`ll kick it off, 440/505 , running a 28x19 crossflow w/ 2 rows of 1 1/4'' tubes , flow cooler water pump , 17''/6 blade mech clutch fan , w/ full shroud.
Runs best about 190 and above, and runs mostly around that to 210.
Am installing a little smaller water pump pulley that will turn the fan faster and
pump more water.
Have been on the edge of over heating when it`s late summer , but havent had to set in traffic very long.

I order my custom radiators from US Radiator. Especially with the smaller 22" opening. They have several different build options they can use depending on your specific application.

As mentioned above, the radiator is just one link in the chain of good cooling. You will need a proper fan, thermal clutch, water pulley set-up and shroud to get the greatest cumulative cooling effect.

I bought their radiator for my 69 340 and couldn't be happier. Its one of the only aftermarket items on the car that actaully fit. I called them up and had it within 2 days.

I havent opened up the cradle to expose the side tanks , either , may help a hair .
And can go to an 18'' fan if need be .
