I am sorting out all my electrical and one issue I found is that the driverside headlight is dim .
I upgraded the system using relays as per the Danial Stern wiring diagram .
Both headlamps are new. I checked the ground on that side and it appears good .
Happens on bright setting as well .

What am I not seeing here ?

Well, you're not seeing the light. Sorry, you tee'd that one up.

I would run a temp ground to the negative post and see if there are any improvements.

I was waiting for that one .

Already jumped to the negative post directly . No difference....
I will swap the bulbs . Maybe a bad new bulb?

That was going to be my next offer up. Swap sides and give it another run. Were they the same before the fix?

Wait, I see you might have replaced them at the upgrade. Sure they are the same bulb? Same manufacture?

Bet its the bulb.
You put a headlamp amplifier/relay inline, right? Probably the headlight said...ouch I'm too old for 'real amperage'

Found it. Ground wire connection was poor .
I resoldered with new terminal .

Now to isolate blinker/ hazard issue .

This car was a basket case when I got it .
I used the original harnesses but went through and checked for breaks , added headlight and bypass upgrades then retaped. I obviously missed a few things.
