about a bad buyer Bigboy68

I don't have a dog in this fight but I did read through all the comments and surprisingly no one jumped in to defend him which tells me that there is more than a grain of truth to the story. Therefore, in absence of any other data, I have to surmise that the original story/s are accurate.

And for the record, telling someone to hold something (which they agree to) basically forfeits your right to "change your mind" without an overwhelming reason and definitely erases any deposit you might have put down. The whole reason for the deposit is to establish you want something, hence the seller agrees not to sell the item to anyone else. Should you change your mind, run out of money, dog has kittens, etc... too bad, deposit gone.
