Hood hinges

Does it have a diference between the years in a body for hood hinges

reason i ask is on my car 1971 duster i have 1974 hinges the bolt hold are slotted

and the right one begin to be tired as i can say

and i found an other set of hinges in my garbage stuff laying around

but the bolt hold arent slotted
Like the one i have on my car and i do think they are 70 or older
