I grew up in the used car business and learned to drive a straight drive on a 73 Duster 340 4 speed at 12 years old. I had my first car wreck at 14 when I crashed a 1 year old 76 Cordoba with 400 lean burn. Man that thing sounded good when you gutted it! Planted it in the back of a 74 yellow Satellite Sebring! Still got my license at 16! My dad gave me a 65 Mustang that I still own today and I bought a 71 Chevy C10 short-bed in 86 that I still own. But I have always wanted a Duster to complete the collection. My brother had one of the nicest 68 Charger R/T 440s you could have and sold years ago and I kick myself at least once a week for not getting it from him. Found my 71 Duster from the Dream Car Museum that closed in Evansville, IN. Just got it home a few weeks ago and am working out some kinks, but basically a pretty solid car. Born with a 318 but has a 360 with a B&M shifter. I have really been using FABO and appreciate the good info here!

Wow, that Red exterior looks Aces!

Welcome to the forum also, age is a state of mind. You are probably 18- to-22 years old. Haha!
You got it! 18 + 22+ 17
I still like go fast, just not hit anything!

Nice grouping! One from each of the Big 3.
Welcome to FABO from SoCal.

Just a little more insight, I know many of you are Mopar-Nocar, and have invested countless hours/dollars in your rides! I’ve had my Mustang 43 years and truck 34 years and I’m to the place I just wanted something kinda complete. I looked for a project Duster but most were way beyond what I was willing to invest. Being in the car biz most of my life I find something likable in all these old cars. I really enjoy seeing the pics of all the cars/trucks you folks are doing! Keep posting those pics and I will do the same!

By the way, I’ve cleaned up under the hood quite a bit and lost all the stickers! Need to take some more pics!

Personally I like them all, have had at least a dozen Mustangs, several square body GM trucks and of course plenty of Mopars.

Welcome to FABO Tim!

Nice Duster! And...nice collection of the Big 3. Then have a nice Tundra and you are all set!!
