Leaving the engine compartment as is without detail

I think people saying black can look good on one make and not on a Mopar are bein buttholes. If it's someone else's car, it's not yours. People can do whatever they want to their cars. If it looks good to them that's all that counts.

That looks good and much more of a professional job than I did. I did mine with my short block still in the car and used tinfoil to wrap all of the wires and hoses.

If thats the worst of what I got called today I'd say I had a pretty darn good day! :thumbsup:

I would at least give it some love, while the motor is out. Simple Green, Dawn dish soap, a brush and pressure washer. Now is your chance. My favorite new trick for cleaning parts, is to hook my pressure washer to my water heater hose bib. Works nice.
