360 power steering pump interference in 69 Cuda

I have a 69 Cuda, originally 318 car with a 360 swapped in it. I had a Frankenstein belt set up which I am swapping to a 70 up double belt ac setup. I have a 71 ac compressor and brackets. I have all the pulleys and bought the Saginaw power steering bracket set for 70 up from Mancini. It all went together well until I tried to put the power steering hose on.

The power steering hose hits the motor mount stand on the drivers side. I have found a couple old threads on this. Not much info. One suggested hacking clearance out of the mount stand and the other suggested a custom made hose. Not really sure what to do. Has anyone else run into this?

The two shiny pictures are my car.

The rusty pump picture is off an old thread and shows the approximate issue. I believe that the old thread had a /6 conversion that caused the issue. Mine is an original 318 on the Vin, but who knows what has happened in the last 50 years.
