Also the brass Tee block has a curve machined on it that supposed to lay a certain way against the axle tube to fit tight against it. Small detail, easy to overlook. Forget the the metal brake lines attached to it, look at the block itself and make sure the brass block is oriented correctly against the axle tube so everything can bolt down tight with no gaps between the axle tube and the brass block. Note the blue line in the machined radius in the pix that's the direction of the axle tube in relation to the tee block. If it doesnt sit like that against the tube, that creates like a 1/16" gap. Between that and no pipe tape on the both threads, that very well could be your leak issue.
