Got the GTS all cleaned up and out for a ride today. She’s resting in the garage now, just being her sexy self...
Evening all.
Gold star for Ryobi tools, ran to town to get an extra box of screws, while I was in town, pop up severe thunderstorm dumped 1/2 an inch of rain in 30 minutes. Of course, I’d left them out because when I went to town, wasn’t a cloud in the sky and weather station had a zero percent chance of rain, so I left everything outside on the back deck I was building, soaked...
but all my Ryobi power tools and batteries work despite sitting in a puddle of water

Just finished watering the new flowers.
Last year when we had the walks put in, they only edged the front walk with stones but didn’t finish the driveway edge up to the garage (wish I would have thought of it then).
So we used cobblestones to finish the driveway edge but they were so white compared to the walkway edge stones and stuck out like a sore thumb to me.
Buuut...I had a plan. Bury the bottoms of them in the dirt and wait a year for the dirt to permanently stain them. Then flip them over.
Yup, it worked!
Also, they mowed the lawn today and the fertilizer I put down is working nicely to give me that deep green lawn I was hoping for.

I'm under the impression you have a 440/727 in your "popmobile" with column shift.....
If so, how'd you get the column shift to work with the BB manifolds???

Sorry to hear. To be honest, beem praying for her. I kind of figured the odds were not in her favor given her surroundings.

Took a couple parts I got last week and sent them to my chrome shop in MN yesterday.
A nice set of hood inserts and two sets of taillight inserts.
All serial numbered original parts, no reproductions.
He'll have them cleaned, re-chromed, and back to me in a couple weeks.

Last time I sold a house and all the stuff I did to spruce it up to sell.
I was pissed with myself and said never again. And no it hasn't happened again.
With the recent two months we sat at home I really got caught up...and we ain't moving!!
