Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I am not positive that everything is there, the car was already missing the engine side parts when I got it so it has never worked since I have had the car. I know there is a plastic or fiberglass vent piece that attaches with the actual AC vents that I do not have. Also I know that the vacuum operated push button switch is bad (I am pretty sure all of them are at this point from age) but I know that is a part you can get and the buttons and other pieces are all there to make the controls operational.
