China online purchase strikes again

This exact thing happened to my wife. She bought an electronic device from Walmart online. Took two months instead of the promised 3 days. Got a Babydoll outfit (for an actual newborn).

Contacted customer support and in the original email put all the relevant details, screen shots of the webpage, picture of the item received, packaging, the works.

A week goes by, get a response: "we're sorry, can you send the order number?".. It's in the original email. She plays along, and I **** you not, every response (each taking 5+ days) asks for the next bit of info, a picture, link to the item she tried to buy, etc. We contested it with the credit card and got our money back.

The next day, we got a tracking number, then a scolding email telling my wife she's a terrible person for going to the credit card company and that they're going to cancel the order and refund.

We didn't bother with a response, we figure they just play the numbers and a certain number of people are going to miss the window with their credit company.. After the way this year has gone, we've sworn off made in China. I'll buy used or made in USA (or dozens of other non Chinese countries) first.
