Ebay GT45 + 5.9 Magnum + E85 blow thru

Yep. I'm very mindful of the position. Eyeballing it the other day, I think I can come straight off of the pipe before it bends 45*...creating that "Y", like you said.
that’s what made us do a 2-1 merge, are you going to run 2 wastegates? Is your oil drain in your pan?
I want to do a 2-1 merge for a single wastegate. Yes, oil drain is in front corner of oil pan.

Building a new 2” mild steel hot side. Used an eBay block hugger header on the passenger side that barely clears. Need to figure out wastegate placement and a few dozen other things and weld it all up. Everything is tight as usual on these cars but fits great.

That's exactly what I was planning on doing. That's why I asked about the alternator relocation. Are those the stainless steel block huggers on Ebay and what's the quality look like?

Yes got them on EBay. You can find them for around $100. I’d say quality is as good as the Durango header on the other side. It’s held up pretty well but has discolored. They’ll all get wrapped anyway.

Gonna look into this when I redo my hotside this winter

50mm Wastegate in place. Getting closer.

Better pic. With the 2” hot side and this EBay 7875 I expect it to light off pretty quick.

Let me know how you like the MPI Megasquirt. I may get rid of the blow through carb next year and go MPI.

Getting closer. Made a turbo mount bracket out of weld gussets. Need to finish up a vband weld and move on to the downpipe. Got the MS3PRO EVO Megasquirt. Will need to piece together a new cold side for the MPI.

Made a little progress on the downpipe and wastegate. Cold side is gonna be a bit of a challenge and the last piece of the puzzle will be wiring the Megasquirt.

Absolutely killer build, I just spent the last few days reading through all 24 pages lol, I can't wait to see how the MPI works out for you. I will be sticking with the beer keg for now in the build phase :)

Any updates?
Got most of the Megasquirt wired and fired up the engine for the first time after chasing down electrical gremlins for a few days. Still need to wire a few more things, clean up and loom the harness and a few hundred other things and then actually start tuning. It runs super rich at the moment and I have a terrible exhaust leak coming from the block hugger header on numbers 4 & 6. But I swear, it’s not a Mopar without an exhaust leak!

Tuning with an exhaust leak will make you pull out your hair. Ask me how I know. Make sure the exhaust is buttoned up tighter than a dolphins *** before you start making any air fuel target changes.

Yep. I won't even start tuning until it's solid. Learned my lesson with the Fitech. Most of my tuning problems were due to a leak somewhere before the O2 sensor and I'd chase my tail for days trying to get it to behave just to discover I had a tiny leak in the hotside. I'd fix it and everything would just fall into place.

Looking good, man is your way less crowded then mine lol. Can't wait to start tuning mine, hopefully here soon.
Yours is Megasquirt right Matt? I may eventually go to coil-near-plug and crank-trigger wheel to get the full timing feature set of the MS3 but need to start out with what I’ve got.

Yeah mines the MSX3, the one right below yours. True, get it dialed in and the change. I know Maddart had to change couldn't get his reluctor ring mod to the distributer to run right so upgraded but never ran to again since he sold it to me, so this will be interesting.

Sounds and looks nice. Any plans for dyno tuning? Or just drag strip tuning?
