This Guy Used Polyurethane Sealant on his Windshield/Rear Window Gaskets
On a '64 Barracuda, the DIY installer made a mess using sealer on the rubber gaskets. I don't think with the lockstrip one is supposed to use any sealer. Never done it, so I don't really know.
