Seems this this happens a few times a year for some reason?
I get the message too. What the heck is a website certificate anyway? Who certifies it and why does it expire? Just to squeeze money out of you?
So this is just for buying and selling stuff securely? I agree, why would you need the certificate? And more importantly, why would the browsers expect you to have one if you don't buy and sell?essentially - we dont collect things like credit card numbers so its nearly useless for us.

If it’s a cost factor.. Let’s Encrypt is what we use recently switched over to at my work. It’s *free* (open sourced) and, offers better encryption than Comodo and Verisign’s costly outdated SSL encryption.
We (err.. my 9-5 job) hosts upwards of 80 individual web stores and, it’s pretty much a nightmare keeping all of the SSL’s up to date.
its a glitch, not a cost factor.
What are we protected from? Chevy trolls?Should I be wearing an N95 mask when I'm on here "in these uncertain times"?
