No, it says 915. Once I realized this I called him and he told me that is an X head and the X was ground off. As I said, he seemed honest and I accepted his answer. When I leaked the motor down last weekend I found 50% leakage on a cylinder going by the rings and knew this was not good. When the big "J" was stamped on the underside of the head it clicked and I knew he was bullcrap and here we are. He now claims he has no skin in the game.
People can throw darts at me all day about it's my fault blah, blah, blah. Yep, I own the bottom end issue. Gonna cost me to fix it. And he blatantly lied about that. However it's a seller misrepresenting something and why not accountability. Had he said they may not be X heads I would have asked for a refund and went right back wanting a refund. Whether he would have will never be answered. That's armchair quarterbacking.....
