Need info for recent purchases of X heads by members

Sorry for your situation, yes the seller is a deadbeat for saying they were X heads. However, the X on the head is right there for everyone to see. It would be pretty much impossible to miss. As soon as he told me they "ground" the X off, I would have called BS. I have never heard of such a stupid thing, I mean who does that ? Back to the seller, yah he sucks for misrepresenting the heads. But the buyer also needs to be smarter. It's a tough one.

His story was the heads were on a show car. He ain't Christopher columbus on people doing things. I am taking a hit on this deal. The motor is off a full compression point from what he said. So that's not a cheap fix but I took ownership in some of this. But when someone ask you a direct question and it is after the fact and you lie about it then there is no excuse for his actions. As said, beat on me. I own some of it. However if you said these are X heads, great. Now that we know they aren't, you will provide me a set. And I am satisfied.
