He was moving pretty fast as he drove into it. Looked like people were on the ground right in front of where he stopped. From the front shots I saw they were up on the front of the truck and I doubt he could even see in front of him at that point. Which tells me he had no intention to kill anyone - or he would not have slowed/ stopped and would have drove right through. Still gotta wonder how he got there. Obviously no other traffic was going through there.
