What is the difference in 360 and 360 Mag heads? Can these bolt to a 318 and what else would need to be changed to accommodate them?

The thing is a 318 head with low cr and a mild cam is good for 280-300 hp. You could swap on a regular 340/360 1.88 or 2.02 valve head but there gonna really drop your cr, The magnum is gonna bump cr a bit nothing major but it won’t at least take any away.
And there able to support 400 hp stock, so with them and your combo be at 330-350 hp. Maybe more depending on cam.

Or you could just drop in a stock 5.9l with 4bbl and headers for 320 hp choice is yours if 280-300 hp is fine stick with 318 head.
