5.9 magnum swap in yj

Hi Jeep4ever I'm 36 Yr GM retired Last 10 in repair now teach auto tech. I put a 5.9 magnum in my daughter's 95 yj out of a 2000 ram 4x4. transplanted complete engine, trans.,and transfer case. Striped and built the harness all is good. every thing works BUT when it gets warm it shuts down the fuel pump and ignition (no power at coil or fuel pump). only codes that come up are high voltage to the I/p cluster and trans temp. scanner shows 195 trans temp when it shuts down and it has no I/p cluster. Also replaced all transmission sensors.(old ones did check out good.) Please tell me what I've done wrong
