Did you use the search function? He is on all of Joey's sites I believe. Put "door hinge" or "hinge restoration" in the box to find his posts.
 
I messaged him for mine '66, but he doesn't have parts for that year. Any of you know where a rebuild kit for a '66 Cuda can be had?

So I bought the parts from ResoRick. You have to cut the upper pins shorter. The larger lowers where an adventure. One half of the hinge on the lower was made of some of the most hardened steel I have ever seen.. I finally bore through it but burned up the reamer I bought from Rick.

Yep, I use solid carbide drill bits and reamers on 62-65 hinges. Not cheap.
Anybody need hinges rebuilt, I am your guy.
