Neon tank is down and emptied. In that order. Was able to disconnect and lower with fuel in. Then tipped it like a big gas can to pour into other containers then dumped them in a gas can. Spilled more transferring to can and some in the mower , than I did actually getting it out of the tank. Lots of crap on top of the tank - including a shell. :wtf:
