Valve stem seals

Left - umbrella, rides up and down with the valve

Right - factory style positive seal, grips guide and wipes oil from valve stem.

The positive seals expand a lot when pushed onto the guide....... that’s normal.

Either one will work fine for a mild build.
Install what you have and move on.
