Seems totally reasonable to me.
As I stated in post #32....... I did a similar build in 1990 and made over 290hp.
Way back when, one of the magazines had an article where Bob Lambeck built a 340 to factory specs, and dynoed it.
I seem to recall it making about 315hp.
