Grrr... people who dump animals

When I lived in AZ someone dumped a puppy in our 'hood. Guy around the corner took him in. Was about a year later, go figure, another pup that looked exactly like the first showed up. Neighbor had a camera in the front yard...He was going door to door asking if anyone knew the guy....guy next to me did...he bought a pup from him...same litter as the first pup...Both guys went and paid the guy a visit with animal control....don't know whatever became of the whole mess....
