The Fel-Pro intake seals are positive Viton seals. No machining or machinist necessary. No need for a positive seal on the exhaust valves.

Assuming the guide bosses are still as originally machined, and you’ll be using single springs.......Of that assortment in the pic, the Fel-Pros are what I’d use.
