Damaged crank flange

BTW, Pishta, what are you doing about overall balance here? You are putting 318 pistons and later heavy rods in there? The bobweight is not going to be quite the same as for the 360LA piston setup... maybe 15-20 grams off. Just run it?
No idea, id have to weigh the pistons to the rods and then figure what a 360 bobweight is. If its a 360 crank , itll take a 360 bobweight. You think it would be as easy as weight matching the 318 truck pistons to some stocker 360 dish pistons? I got the bigger rods already and a set of heavy 273-2 pins. If my 273 was still apart, Id chuck it in there with 273-2's and see where the pistons end up at above the deck. Well see how the crank comes out tomorrow.
