No there's small 1/64 scale die-cast 75-76 darts, but to have a 74 the only option I am aware of would be to get a 1/25 model of the 75-76 dart that MPC do and see if you could try and make a custom grille. I have thought about that using another car grille that has a similar bar pattern to the 73-74 dart and grafting it to the 75-76 grille. A lot of fiddly work though.
