How to get blower motor to seal?
Can you post a picture of your entire heater box with the blower motor installed? On my 68, it doesn't look like there is a seal around the motor on the back side. There is just one on the outside retaining plate. The four spacers that go on the studs should stick out past the motor wiring...so the wiring should never be able to touch the firewall.
