Ford toploader OD 4 speed how rare?

I knew these existed but had forgotten. Back in my 4x4 days, some of the Jeepers swapped them into Jeeps and Broncos. Toploaders, that is, before the OD boxes came out I think

I wonder? If these could be adapted using the "large bore" pilot bushing, as the input shaft is pretty short. They work well in Chivvys LOLOL
