That's a lot of space, heck a bunch of cars can social distance from each other and then some.
That's assuming it's flat land that can actually be used.
Before I bought my area, i looked at a different 3 acre parcel, but that one had a good sized stream through it. I passed on that because i don't see anything good coming from the water. Flooding, weird animals coming and wanting a duster house, and the land occupied by the water is useless for cars.
