Morning guys shaping up to be another great day it’s huuuuuummmmpppp daaayyy after all weather is decent, life’s good ! No new cases on the island for a couple weeks now so fingers crossed it stays that way . Cheers off to the four letter word :)

A couple of days ago I replaced the ballast resistor on the fish and so far so good. Been starting up every time. It was fine cold but it was when it was hot it seemed to act up. The one I had on it had Mexico stamped on it. That just might become a paperweight or donated to Laidlaw.

Finding electrical problems sucks.

Yep this Friday at 9:30 AM going to the Chrystler dealer so it's 100 mile round trip. Should be fun.
Too bad there's nothing closer but at least it'll be done. Any decisions on wheels and tires yet? My friend just told me Summit Racing now has a warehouse in Scarborough (part of Toronto) so it's free shipping now. (Free....that's a laugh as it's built into the price). He's looking at some Ridler wheels for his 07 Stang. He's the one that has the 65 Goat.

Nothing close to me but I don't mind the drive mostly in the old car. I put 70 miles on it so far with no problems other than the steering feels sloppy. No haven't looked at wheels yet my computer is still down and have a hard time looking things up on my cell phone.

Are you going to Devils Lake? If you are, I'll buy you lunch.
Yea I'll be there at 9:30 on Friday would like to meet up Gary any time your ready. I think I still have your number and would really like to talk to you about my engine.

Morning, feels like I’ve been a little lax lately hope everything is good with all you old farts :poke:worked on the Daytona yesterday got a little tidying up so I can drive it this summer, ok it’s only a turbo car not the big Daytona  , off to work day is shaping up to be a nice one 26 deg forecasted.

Afternoon guys. Been a hot humid day and hardly a cloud in the sky. I took the Cuda out again and stopped several times and started right up no problem. So I'm hoping that changing the ballast resistor cured the problem. Soon as I turn the key I don't think it's even one rotation and it fires right up. I think I will put the gauge trio in just to make sure everything is good. I don't like hanging gauges off the bottom of the dash but they are relatively small so hopefully not too noticeable. Who knows if they prove to be the same as the factory ones I may take them back out. A lot cleaner looking.
