I was researching out 360 weighted flywheels on google and came across an old post from FABO. They were talking about trying to come up with a replacement 360 flywheel and how expensive they are. One person came in and said all you need is a balance plate for a neutral balance flywheel, the gave the RM-531 part number and looked them up online and read the reviews.
Summit has been a good vender so I ordered it from them, couple days I had it. So yeah they are running a good business and shipping things out with covid going on and all. Came through priority mail.
