OK, are the wheel studs different? Maybe metric?
The lugs nuts from the Left rear (rt hand thread) will not thread on the front, the nut from the front threads loosely on the rear.
DISC brake studs are different from Drum brake ones, if that's the question you're asking.
Lefties were used up till 1970, unless changed out to right, during the past lifetime of the car
No such thing as METRIC on the old Mopars, such as these.
