DISC brake studs are different from Drum brake ones, if that's the question you're asking.
Lefties were used up till 1970, unless changed out to right, during the past lifetime of the car
No such thing as METRIC on the old Mopars, such as these.
Thanks, I'm aware of the L - R threads, both fronts are R the rear is L-R. I just found it odd the lug nuts don't match.
I'll probably upgrade the rears as on axle shaft is leaking as well as the pinion.
