Shipping to Canada
Sold a '69 Ford Cobra to a guy in Canada. Guy filled out alllll the paper work and I brought it over to a shipper. Spent 2 1/2 hours of my life at the border because they didn't believe the price I sold it for was correct so they busted my chops. They questioned it because they said the on line " value " price was double what I sold it for. They wanted to see the ad but the guy took about a month to get allll the paper work to me and the ad was gone. Finally they let me pass, but they were pissed. First bad experience crossing the border since my teen years.
