The tire that's rubbing is close to an inch more forward from rear wheel center line to front wheel centerline 108 and 3/16ths on passenger and 107 and 3/4 on the drivers side plus the passenger side is in the wheel well more

I'd get under there and measure to see if there's a difference in strut rod lengths.
