Finally got the hood on to see how it looks.
The hood needed a lot of fitting/ sanding.
The inserts were mislocated by 1.5" too far forward, so I welded some extensions to the hinge arms and drilled it accordingly.
Hood pins installed, it is a functioning hood now.
There was no need to call and ask for a refund or replacement, if would take too long if I could even get another one. It took 10 weeks to get this one. I'll live with it.
Where is a good place to install the hood pin lanyards?
