Just fill the broken holes with JB Weld or marine epoxy, sand them down and redrill them. Based on what 72bluNblu says, you might want to fill all of them on the bottom so the area around the hole sits flush, to avoid future problems.
Yeah i was thinking some sort of epoxy then bondo and rattlecan Previous owner pop riveted it for sure because there was still a rivet in one of the wholes on the decklid.
