Very Safe. Standing in their underwear in their neighbors yard at 4 in the A.M. watching their house burn down and cars blow up. She has lots of good neighbor family and friend and good insurance. She might come out ahead with a modern house that is better suited to her handicapped child. Shes a tough bird. First time I've seen her cry but barely.
