Thanks Kendog. I just put those in. I was just messing around with it some more and with the belt loose and a 1/2 inch ratchet in the adjuster hole, pulled the bracket towards the radiator, made it stop. I shimmed it more in that directions but still squeels. You would think it would get worse.

Edit. I added another washer behind the PS pump and not at the water pump.
