First and foremost honestly what would you do? Would you just bite the $60 and buy another one when it only worked one time? And clearly all the Zex stuff has a one year warranty?...
Please remember you're not talking to a rookie... The first thing I did was made sure the wires lit up my test meter after the second thing being putting it to a known 12-volt source....
I really don't mind sending China Indonesia and Thailand my money as long as I get a part that works more than once lol.... That thing can't cost five bucks to make...

If I paid 60,00 bucks for it and it worked once it’s going back. In forth plus years if returned two things back to Summit. A set of slicks I bought on my account for my sons car (1.5 inches difference in diameter) and on of those crappy chrome flex radiator lines that leaked before I started the damn car. I modified the other one so I didn’t take it in the store. Last week at Walmart I ended up with someone else’s lip gloss. I wouldn’t have bothered taking that back but it was over 8 dollars. The old lady at the return department started off with I don’t know how that could happen as it was fourth on my receipt so I told her it wasn’t my shade. She gave me a funny look and gave me my money.
