Imo, the Hylift Johnson B-2330S lifters are a good choice for a fast rate HFT cam.
Next would be the A-2011S.
You really want an adjustable valvetrain to use that style of lifter.
It would be interesting to take apart a current Lunati Micro Trol lifter to see what they’re using these days.
