Would you like a "Product Review" forum?
Example of the type of product review
I was advocating for:
Product Review: 67 to 74 A/B/E-Body End Link Set
It just depends on what you want. Not that there’s anything wrong with that write up, but, just what it looks like out of the package isn’t the whole story. If the bushings are cracked or the end link snaps after a 100 miles then what?
Same with a star rating and a short review. How many rant threads have we seen on eBay users with a good rating? Same basic system. Or Amazon? 5 stars is no guarantee. Sure, it would be a smaller group so some of the issues that come up at Amazon or eBay wouldn’t be as much of an issue, but it’ll still come down to how it’s moderated.
I’m not opposed, I’d love to see a useful review section. But making it more useful than what we get out of the open forum will require a lot of time and moderator oversight if the open forum is any indication of what to expect. That’s all I’m saying.
