Dan said he prefers not to use the Napa wires due to their carbon strand construction. Carbon strand is the construction of the factory wires, there's nothing wrong with it unless you're a snob. Yes, you can spend more for "racing" wires. They may even last longer than the stock type. For my money I like either the Napa wires or NOS Mopar wires with the dust boots on them. Just change them as needed, they're not intended to last forever...
