Hey, glad I found this forum! I picked up my first Mopar ..even though I grew up with them. A '66 A-100 that has seen much better days! When I was younger (in the '80's), I painted many show cars.
I'm taking on this project to keep me busy as I have too much energy to do nothing!
I've had it for a couple of months and have made some headway...
Plans are to put at least a 318 in it but would rather put a 340 in it. Dollars at the time will determine that.
Done quite a bit of rust/new metal work already. Note the two side windows on the drivers side are gone.
If you're like me, you like pictures. So, here we go!

I'd cram a low deck big block in that thing. It's too cool! ....and welcome aboard!

My dad had a 68 A100 van with a slant 6 and 3 speed. Love those!
This one has a locked up slant 6 with 3 on the tree. I've sourced a 727 and the hard to find 8 cylinder motor mounts to put a small block in it. The 727 for the A100 is different than most. It's shorter and has a single mount on the top.
It's a learning experience!

Welcome! Cool build! Love seeing people fix up these older classics instead of letting them return to the earth :)
